Only a few places and dive sites in the world offer completely current free dive sites. Especially the very exposed and often deeper dive site can have strong currents. By learning more about currents and how to control yourself being in one,  You will feel much more comfortable and prepared when the current does pick up and takes you on an accelerating ride along the reef.
