MV Dolphin Queen - Dive Itinerary - 4 days / 4 nights

Up to 15 dives, including 4 night dives

Departure from Khaolak to the pier is at 18.00. On arrival aboard M/V Dolphin Queen you will meet the staff and be shown to your cabin. You will receive a full boat brief to get familiarised with the running of the boat and the rules and safety procedures aboard MV Dolphin Queen. Before dinner is also a good time to assemble your equipment with your guide so that you are all set for your first dive in the morning. After enjoying dinner onboard we take off at around 20.00.

Day 1: wake up call at 06.30.
You will be served a light breakfast, fresh coffee, toasts and fresh fruits. After the first dive you can order boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelet, pancakes, French toast, sausages, ham, etc. German brown bread, muesli, corn flakes, oats and lots of fresh fruits can always be found on the breakfast table, as well as a selection of fresh fruits such as water melon, bananas, pineapples and oranges. Electrolyte drinks are free for you to drink at any time during the safari this helps to prevent dehydration.

You will receive a Dive site and safety briefing before every dive. All dives are multi level dives. All divers must dive with a buddy. All of our dive guides have computers and are fully familiar with the dive sites with a minimum of a thousand dives each in the Similans. All major European languages and Swedish are spoken by the guides.

Dive 1: 07.30. The first dive is what we call a check dive, we can check the air consumption of the divers and group them accordingly if they wish. Dive time is 50 min and we do a 5 min safety stop.

After breakfast you have 3 hours in-between dives time. You can go to the beach with our 40hp dinghy and take a walk on deserted beaches, snorkel on the reefs, cool off in your A/C cabin or just relax on the boat with the new friends you will make on this fantastic adventure.

Dive 2: 11.30. After your second dive it's lunch time (13,00). After lunch you can visit the islands or just relax aboard MV Dolphin Queen, additionaly you can always snorkel around the boat as the boat is moored near the islands.

Dive 3: 15.30. Snacks, fruits and drinks will be available til your night dive. Snorkel, swim, or visit the beach. We have a kayak for your enjoyment.

Dive 4: 18.45. Night dive time, 15 minutes in to the dive it is dark. Groups can dive later on request.

20.00. Dinner time, relax, and reflect on the day's diving we have done together. Search for fish names in our numerous fish books. You may want to view our videographer's underwater video of you on our DVD player or watch a movie. To relax your body and mind after diving, traditional Thai massage is available onboard.
